Likely benign: Since it has been 3 months, it's normal to have spotting. If it was closer to the date of birth then I would be worried about other causes such as retained products of conception. I would give this another 1-2 cycles and if it continues your doctor may want to do a pelvic exam to make sure that there is no bleeding source other than the uterus. But spotting after giving birth is completely common.
