Cocaine is dangerous: Cocaine (either snorted as powder or smoked as crack) produces a powerful high, that users describe as very pleasurable. It has multiple effects on the brain, interfering with neurotransmitters like norepinephrine, serotonin, dopamine and others preventing them from being reabsorbed. It also affects other organs, and can trigger heart attacks and strokes, as well as kidney failure. Be careful.
