Should not be,,,: This should not harm the cycle, but it may change its consistency and so it can be spotty, etc. It also might have changed the cycle if it was not stopped. Most likely, another brand/combination of birth control pill/hormone(s) would be more tolerable.

Clarify:: If i understand correctly, you were on birth control pills, & they caused loose bowel movements-so you stopped them mid pack. It isn't 'harmful' but stopping them mid pack should cause the withdrawal bleed/period to start w/in a week of stopping them, and you may experience some irregular bleeding until your nl cycling resumes. Loose stools is not a common rxn to ocps.
