Suvival rate for 47 yr f with hx of stemi in lad, 6 stents, sss, pacemaker (20% dependent), aortic valve replacement, non-semi, and occluded by pass?

Depends: Much depends upon the status of her heart muscle health as determined by an echocardiogram or gated blood pool scan.. If her left ventricle has good strength (normal ejection fraction)and no evidence of past or present congestive heart failure, I believe survival odds can be good barring any further heart attacks which will cause myocardial damage.
