Post assault period: First of all, I am very sorry for this circumstance and I hope you received emergency medical treatment that included, emergency contraception, STD, rape kit testing as well as psychological counselling. Rape is a power/control crime using a sexual motif. Have a GYN MD evaluate this period issue if it continues for three months and it is never too late to seek psychological counselling.
