Hard to comment: Many urine collections at this age are a "squat pee".They are told to go in and pee in a container. The actual sample is both direct urine and pee that cycles throughout their vagina and drags along any additional debris within.I consider these worthless and studies thereon undependable. A proper "clean catch" or cath specimen is better. These results sound like a squat pee.I'd get a better study.
