?collection method ?: Most get pee at this age from having a kid pee in a cup.Unfortunately this squat pee is a vaginal washout mixed with pee and this can show leukocytes.I try to get moms to clean the area and get a labia spread (like a boy) pee if possible.If not a catheter specimen will bypass the washout effect.Kids with some stress or fever may show leukocytes in their pee, but it should not be a large amount
