Mammogram: There are various mammographic features that determine the level of suspicion, however at this point it sounds like you haven't had an ultrasound, so the evaluation is not complete. Usually these turn out benign, e.g. a cyst, but if it is solid on ultrasound, needle biopsy may be needed to establish a diagnosis. Those usually turn out benign too. So yes, concerned but not alarmed.
