Plan B effect: The effects of Plan B are very short lived lasting only a few days disrupting, delaying or preventing ovulation. A pregnancy test should always be done 2 weeks after to confirm that no pregnancy occurred. Most will have their cycle at the usual time although some may experience a delay.
