Nothing to worry: Cerebral atrophy is a universal aging process that everyone gets. Mild cerebral atrophy that your aunt has is probably nothing more than normal aging. As for the small lesion in the right frontal scalp region, I must advise that you have her primary care physician look at this. If the lesion was in the brain, then a nonspecific small lesions in the brain are also very common with aging.
