Testicle pain: indicates a need to see your doc. It may be simple strain, hernia, or something else. If the cord from the testicle is twisted that is a very serious condition. Please see your doc ASAP for safety and peace of mind. Peace and good health.

Infection?: It sounds like it could be an infection in the urine or in the testicle itself. A remote concern would be cancer. If it is tender you should have a doctor look at it.

See doctor : 2 more serious possibilities at your age. Testicular torsion, epididymitis (infection). If not checked out by a doctor yet please see one urgently. An examination can often sort it out. Another possibility if the testicle examined normally is kidney stones- again a doctor could check a urine...
