Yes: Simply because this is worrying you. Dangerous nodes are or soon become obviously abnormal, and brief delay in the diagnosis of the major concern (Hodgkin's) is not really critical. Nodes like yours are common and they're almost always your friends, but if you felt the need to ask us, you deserve a second opinion.
