BCPs: Birth control pills are helpful in period regulation and therefore keeps you in hormonal balance and period regularity. It also prevents pregnancy if you are sexually active. Sometimes, there is break thru bleeding and some hunger so you can check with your OBGYN MD on this if these symptoms occur. Otherwise, safe to take.
