i have just had a drug hair strand test, would nytol give a false positive result?

False positive: Nytol is diphenhydramine. Diphenhydramine can cause false positive result for methadone or phencyclidine (PCP). Hopefully you mentioned all medications you were taking at the time of the drug test.
