Sorry but what does it mean by a soft tissue problem? i have read a lot about having a lump on the collar bone i do not know if it is serious?

Can mean many things: Soft tissue is a word that includes a wide variety of tissue including fat, muscle and connective tissue. It depends on whether the lump is mobile or fixed under the skin and or over the bone, if is soft or hard. You need an experienced physician to feel it and let you know. Ultrasound can help sometimes.
