Coincidence: This sounds like a standard respiratory virus (maybe influenza?); no STD is a likely cause. In any case, no infection can cause symptoms immediately after exposure. It always takes at least 24 hours, usually 2-3 days. So you could not have acquired whatever is causing your symptoms during that sexual exposure.
