Only in some people: Sertraline Side Effects. Commonly reported side effects of sertraline include: drowsiness, tremor, fatigue, diarrhea, dyspepsia, nausea, insomnia, loose stools, dizziness, headache, paresthesia, delayed ejaculation, ejaculation failure, xerostomia, anorexia, diaphoresis, and decreased libido.
