It is not OK. : It is too high. You need to address this problem. From a very limited information- you already have 3 risk factors for heart attack-- 1. You are a male, 2. Hypertension and now 3. High cholesterol. If you also are a smoker and if you are overweight - those will just add up your risks even more. Exercise, keep active, watch out your diet, take your medicine, f/u your doc, stop smoking and good luck.
