Nasal rinse...: Sods like allergic rhinitis - postnasal drip - very common either with virus or environmental allergies - is may be most helpful to " dissolve" & " mechanically cleanse " mucous by using " Nasal Saline Rinse & Netti pot" . it moisturizes nasal passages, thins mucous and prevent heavy thick " globes like sensation in a throat. Also steam inhalation, warm beverages, and nasal steroid spray helps.
