Penile pimples: Are they white or flesh colored ? are they on the corona? If flesh colored on the corona could be pearly penile papules which occurs in uncircumcised males and is nothing to worry about. Could also be Fordyce spots -benign sebaceous cysts or actual pimples don't pop as they can get infected-again not to worry .F/u w/ doc sometimes topical antibiotics make it resolve, otherwise not issue.

Pearly papule: If it is imbedded IN the skin it is usually a white pearly papule which is called by many names. If on the surface then consider infection--like yeast or HPV
