Muscle pain: Please start w/a visit to your doctor to identify or rule out medical conditions. Are you taking a statin drug to lower cholesterol? That can cause muscle pain. Consider taking Coenzyme Q 10 w/the statin to replace what is being blocked. Is your diet good? How abut your level of exercise? Gentle stretching such as w/yoga if ok w/doc. Peace and good health.
