Possible dehydration: It sounds to me that you may have been dehydrated. There is very low humidity on airplane, resulting in dehydration. It is important that you drink at least 8 ounces of water for every hour of flight time. Try to avoid caffeine and alcohol, as these can worsen dehydration. Hope this helps.
