Will get a lot: Fortunately for baby, the body extracts the nutrients from you if they are not circulating from your diet.Things like calcium and proteins are readily available to baby as extracted from your bones and muscles when your diet is poor. Find out if you are gluten intolerant or other trigger for your IBS so you can take care of you.Baby may end up skinny but shoud get his/her basic needs.

Malabsotption: If you have significant intestinal malabsorption you and your baby may not get enough nutrients and some vitamins. You should be counseled by a gastroenterologist and a dietician to find out what minerals and vitamin supplements you require.
