Probably yes, but...: Bacterial conjunctivitis normally is treated with antibiotic eyedrops, doesn't usually need antibiotics by mouth. Also most conjunctivitis is viral, not bacterial, and will not respond to any antibiotic. If your doctor prescribed cephalexain (Keflex), take it as directed. If you are diagnosing and/or treating yourself, e.g. with leftover medication, don't do it; see your doctor first. Good luck.
