Infected v irritated: There is probably something irritating the wound, or there may be some mild local infection... Keep it clean, no lotions, skincare, or hair care products. U can even try to clean the area with an alcohol pad... If it still doesn't heal in 5 days seek a dermatology opinion, sometimes these things can be serious
