Acne: If this actually is acne, you're going to need a combination of topical benzoyl peroxide and probably a systemic antibiotic for a short time. If you're a female, the birth control pill and/or spironolactone can help. If this is not trunk acne, a visit with your physician and a dermatology referral are in order. There are entities such as SAPHO that need to be ruled in or out. Good luck.
