What is the most effective, treatment for non-allergic rhinitis (naniper, more specifically), as of 2017? astelin and patanese didn't help much.

Combination: Try a combination of nasal steroid and Astelin. Another question I have is whether your symptoms are seasonal since some people may actually have locally produced IgE to specific allergens in the absence of positive skin or blood tests (especially in the elderly). If your symptoms are primarily a runny nose . an anticholinergic agent may be more effective.
