If the heat you are referring to is greater than that temperature there is a reasonable possibility that the product has been degraded and should not be used regardless of the expiration date.

Drug in sun.: Is it ok to use an ampule which has been in the heat for some time but not expired? It is an ampule for androcur or cyproterone acetate. ANS: I would discuss with the prescribing Dr. The sun can be intense down there.
