Less effective: Any alcohol consumption is not recommended since it is believed that the drug effectiveness will be lowered and your life depends on optimal benefits. Binge drinking is never a healthy thing so there's not much more to say about that. It will not mix in a toxic way or raise risk of fatal alcohol blood levels - just lessen medicine's benefits.
