Herpes?: There are many possible causes of genital ulcers or sores, but the most common is genital herpes. Since there apparently is no other obvious cause, with the sore persisting a couple of days, and given your age (22, near peak of STD risk), and STDs on your mind (your topic tags), see a doctor ASAP. PCR or culture tests of sores for herpes are most accurate the sooner they are done. Good luck!
