Crushing: Crushing a tablet does not destroy it. As long as you get all the contents in it should work. Suprax is indicated for goneorrhea and it should work crushed or whole as long as you get all the contents into your stomach and it gets absorbed.

Probably OK, but...: Probably cefixime tablets would be effective against gonorrhea if crushed. But there is no research on this, so a little uncertain. Discuss with the doctor or clinic treating you. Perhaps they would advise a shot of ceftriaxone instead. And ceftriaxone is the treatment of choice in both the US and UK, preferred over cefixime. (With ether one, you also need azithromycin or doxycycline.)
