This is due to: rush of blood to the brain, also DHEA increases after sex too. There is nothing to worry about it is normal for at least 5-10 mins after orgasm.

A " release" phenome: The orgasm is akin to release of an autonomic storm! During sexual stimulation there is great deal of build up of tension( sympathetic system). The orgasm is a sudden release of this build up of tension in the body resulting in calm and sleepiness, which is proportional to the intensity of your orgasm.
