Varies: The thickness of the endometrium does vary with the estrus cycle. Your OB/GYN that did the ultrasound should be able to tell if it is within expected limits relative to your cycle, or if it warrants further investigation. You paid her for the ultrasound (presumably), and deserve full answers to your questions. Ask her.
