Varies: The thickness of the endometrium does vary with the estrus cycle. Your OB/GYN that did the ultrasound should be able to tell if it is within expected limits relative to your cycle, or if it warrants further investigation. You paid her for the ultrasound (presumably), and deserve full answers to your questions. Ask her.

Can a transvaginal ultrasound show female organ cancers (uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, cervix, and vagina)? Mine was clear except for a cyst rupture. My doctor doesnt seemed worried even though 2 months without a period. Im beyond worried.
