Pregnant: soap: The short answer is "no", but if there is a question, ask your partner to obtain a serum test (HCG) for pregnancy, which is very accurate. Keep in mind, that prior to her using the soap you used, the physical contact may have allowed for some semen which contained sperm to enter the vaginal area. The soap is not responsible for such possible pregnancy.

No: Though theoretically possible, I highly doubt there would be any viable sperm, much less in high enough concentration or viability to navigate vagina, uterus, and Fallopian tubes for pregnancy.
