Possibly diarrhea: Antibiotics commonly cause diarrhea.that can aggravate hemorrhoids, that can then bleed. S ymptoms of pain, diarrhea and bleeding can be signs of colitis (inflammation of the colon). Antibiotic associated diarrhea is a well known entity & often caused by C. difficile bacteria that produces a toxin causing a colitis. Tx antibiotic, probiotic or fecal transplant.
