Endometriosis: Endometriosis is possible if it is located between the vagina and rectum which is the most common gravitational location for the same. If you have had children in the past vaginally, have your MD exam and check for a incomplete rectal repair if there was a significant tear( 3rd or 4th degree) at previous childbirth.
