Your history of no: sex is helpful in ruling out many pregnancy related problems that could cause this. Most commonly it due to a little more bleeding than normal when you ovulated. If it gets worse or you have nausea or vomiting, it could be from your GI tract(like gall bladder or appendicitis) and you would need to see a doctor
