Condom use.: Easy check for condom leak: blow into the open end and tie off like a balloon. If it stays inflated it's OK. Pregnancy happens if condom is used incorrectly. If condom is taken off and put back on during use. Or condom is loose fitting and slips off during intercourse. Or the reservoir tip is not pinched so that semen leaks back along the base of the condom. Watch condom use videos for more info.
