TTC & irregular: You are trying to conceive, have menstrual irregularity, and constant lower abdominal pain.(cramp) This sounds like a job fro "super" Fertility MD who can diagnose whether ovulation is occurring in response to the irregular periods(probably not) and identify the "bad guy" causing the pain. No need to wait on a superhero, just call your Fertility GYN MD and make an appointment.
