Possibly: He could possibly get it from you or given it to you but it is unusual to have been transmitted from his penis or contracted through the penis. Having said that he should be thoroughly checked out anyway if it is determined that you have a worm.

Not from sex: There are various worms. It would help to know the size and appearance of it. It would help to know where you live. Most of these are relatively harmless. I hope you saved it for identification. Bring it to a clinic or Dr so you can get treatment. A tiny worm might be a hookworm which usually enters you when you walk barefoot.
