Infection?: Maybe urinary tract infection, but UTI uncommon in men, especially at your relative young age (36). Gonorrhea, chlamydia, or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) if at risk for STD, but these usually cause abnormal discharge as well. (Have you noticed mucus in the opening or underwear staining?) Prostate problem. Kidney or bladder stone. Inflammation inside foreskin if uncircumcised. See your doctor.
