When i laugh heavily, i loose control & transcend into a daze. i am guessing it is laughter induced syncope. is medical attention needed? am healthy.

Possibly: It depends on what you mean by a daze. Syncope is the medical word for passing out, which means a full loss of consciousness. Another (rarer) thing that sometimes happens when people laugh or have other strong emotions is that they collapse but do not lose consciousness- this is called cataplexy. If either of these things are happening to you, worth seeing a doctor.
