Hi I am getting like a buzzing tingling feeling left side of my head like crawling sensation. Its in one little spot just on my hairline. What could this be?

Pain in left side of chest. Under breast. Only one or two finger width span. Doesnt move spots. Doesnt radiate. No other symptoms. Is this an emergency? Been going on for about 2 weeks. Pain comes and goes.
Ive had a tingling crawling sensation right by my tailbone/ buttocks for the last week. Pretty constant, no pain, no numbness and hasnt spread. Its just in that one spot. Any help would be appreciated?
