Albumin 3.9, alp 38, alt 26, ast 52, bilirubin total 0.4 & direct <0.1. my endocrinologist & internist disagree on meaning. just curious what you see.

High AST / SGOT: The remaining labs are in-range for most labs; alk phos might even be lowish for some labs which never is a problem. I trust you're not a heavy drinker. A minimal elevation of a transaminase (AST and ALT) might prompt a clinician to repeat the test, perhaps with you off alcohol / some meds especially NSAIDs, or to check it next year. If high again, perhaps seek a cause. Best wishes.
