Lymph node R groin.: Lymph node on right frontal groin area is sore. It swells up and gets sore like that from time to time... No infections etc. What could be the cause? ANS: Many causes including an infection that you do not know about. Injury to R leg. STD, and other bad things. Go see your Dr who can do a careful HX, PE and then decide it any other testing is needed. And get you the best treatment if any needed.
