Better not: may cause CNS and respiratory depression if taken together, we don't know how much hydroxyzine you are on, and you don't want o hold it for the treatment of urticaria, you may want to up the hydroxyzine dose a bit, if the current dose permits, to help you sleep, better than adding xanax, talk to your doctor, good luck
