Growth in height: Usually stops between 16 & 20 years of age (some variation) when the growth plates (epiphyses) of the long bones calcify. Expect to be approximately the height of your parents. However, improved nutrition can play a factor: japanese-american children reportedly grew 5 or more inches taller than their parents due to nutritional differences.
