Pregnancy: I see no medical risk of coming off BC pills other than pregnancy.The pill basically fooled your body into thinking it was pregnant so eggs would not be released, but retained for later. By coming off the pill, your body's hormone system re-sets and acts as if you were never on it. You may experience some irregularity in your cycle pattern as the re-set occurs.
