Intermenstrual bleed: Hi Most likely this is just an intermenstrual bleed, just irregular bleeding in the middle of your cycle. It sometimes happens for no good reason. Is there any chance you are pregnant? Sometimes woman have bleeding in early pregnancy which they think is a normal period. Have you had any symptoms of pregnancy like nausea or sore breasts? If you could be pregnant it would be worth doing a test
