Probably unrelated: If your sexual history is correct, then obviously it's not an STD. You don't say what symptoms your partner has or how soon they started after oral sex. Also clarify details of oral sex: you to him, him to you, or both? Vaginal sex also? Most likely his illness has nothing to do with the sexual exposure, just coincidence in timing.
